The winemaking tradition in Mallorca dates back to Roman times when the first vines were planted on the island. At Sa Roqueta Winery, we have inherited this love for the vine and cultivated it with dedication, maintaining traditional methods that respect the natural balance of our environment.
Our vineyards extend through Santa Eugènia, Sencelles, and Consell, where the Mediterranean climate and limestone soils provide the perfect conditions for growing native varieties such as Manto Negro, Callet, and Prensal Blanc. These grapes, true representatives of the Mallorcan terroir, are the soul of our wines, bringing authenticity and character to every glass.

Respect for the Land: Our Production Philosophy
Since its inception, Sa Roqueta Winery has upheld a philosophy based on respect for nature and sustainability. Organic farming is one of our core commitments, avoiding the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers in favor of practices that maintain soil health and ecosystem biodiversity.

Respect for time is another of our values. We do not rush the natural fermentation processes, allowing the wine to express itself authentically. We age our wines in oak barrels and tanks that preserve their essence, achieving a perfect balance between structure, aroma, and flavor.
